Strideline: Taking Success in Stride (A skucon 2018 Production)

1 min read

skucon, held in Las Vegas in January, was the perfect inspirational kick-off to the 2018 selling season.

A day full of jam sessions and breakouts also featured spectacular keynotes by April Dunford, Scott Alterman, and the energetic power-duo that leads Strideline: Riley Goodman and Jake Director.

Goodman and Director founded Strideline in 2009, and as seniors in high school, they started the company with just $700.

Riley heads up the retail division of Strideline and manages their licensing relationships with 200+ NCAA schools, ESPN, and many others. Jake led the team’s entry into the promo space in 2014 and has quickly turned the division into the fastest growing of the company.

Strideline has over 100 employees and is carried in thousands of retailers across the country, including Nordstrom, Champs, Lids, Costco, Macy’s – and their socks are on the feet of Kevin Hart, Snoop Dogg, and many of the most influential athletes and artists in the world.

At commonsku, we love to celebrate the heart and drive of the entrepreneur. We were thrilled to welcome the Strideline leadership team to the stage, a young and dynamic company that exemplifies what it means to build a business with purpose, vision, and passion.
