Converting Customers into Raving Fans with Ruth Verver (A skucamp NOLA Video)

Ruth Verver has over 15 years of operations and marketing experience. She jumped into the industry right after college, working for a distributor in a sales support role and then climbing up to the position of operations manager. Ten years ago she co-founded Paperclip Promotions, where she loves marketing, managing the day-to-day and watching the company grow.

Ruth is an educational speaker and has served on the board for her regional association and has been an active member on many committees for the Promotional Products Association International. She volunteers on a committee for our local WBENC chapter, the Red Cross, and sits on the board for Hays County Drive a Senior.

Ruth delivered a session at skucamp on converting customers from passive to passionate and turn them into raving fans and demonstrates how doing so means higher margins, bigger orders, and stronger lifetime values. In Ruth’s talk, she walks through examples of brands with the most loyal fans, highlighting experience over product/service and helps us understand how promotional products are an experiential marketing tool when used with the right touch points.
